A picture book by Karen S. Robbins, illustrated by J. James, published by Schiffer Publishing.
Best Book of 2014, Shoe Print Art: Step Into Drawing.
Karen’s book is perfectly formatted for use by kids without any adult help required. Just step into drawing!! Take a shoe print shape and make it into something else… a bear, a crab, an elephant, or whatever you imagine. I give this book top honors and recommend it fully. A little side note: Shoe Print Art won the Benjamin Franklin Award for “best new book by an independent publisher”.

Shoe Print Art: Step Into Drawing Step by Step
I like this book because it is a simple way of making children aware of what we would be losing if we don’t take care of our environment. The illustrations are wonderful, too.

What a wonderful treasure trove in 'Think Circles" for little learners
What a wonderful treasure trove in ‘Think Circles” for little learners. This appealing board book has everything right about it. I love the size and material design for little hands; vibrant colors and inviting ideas for interactive fun. Watching a little one’s discoveries unfold page after page makes this our little 18 month old granddaughter’s next Christmas present! Beautifully written and illustrated.
